Reynold’s Wrap Oven Bag recipe


Recipe Introduction

This is just so simple and good. My definition of comfort food! This is a great work night meal. It goes together in about 10 minutes and cooks in 45 minutes! You can put it on noodles or orzo instead of rice.

List of Ingredients

1 lg. Reynold’s Oven bag
2 T. flour
1 can Italian flavor stewed tomatoes
1 envelope onion soup mix
½ c. water
¼ t. pepper
1 lb. beef sirloin, cut into strips
2 c. hot cooked rice



Recipe

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Shake flour in bag and put it in a 13x9” baking pan. Add tomatoes, soup mix and water. Mix. Add beef and mix. Close bag and cut 6 slits in top of bag. Bake 40 – 45 minutes.

Serves 2 -3.
