    Sautéed Steak w/ Onions

    List of Ingredients

    2 T. butter
    2 medium onions, sliced thin
    1 ½ lb. skirt steak
    ½ c. beef broth
    2 T. catsup
    2 t. red wine vinegar
    ¼ t. dry thyme
    Pepper

    Recipe

    In a skillet over medium heat, melt butter and sauté onions. Remove and set aside. Add steak to skillet and cook to desired doneness over medium high heat. Remove and keep warm.

    Return onions to pan. Stir in rest of ingredients. Bring to a boil. Cook, stirring up browned bits, about one minute. Slice steak into strips and pour sauce over.

    Serves 3 – 4.
