Blueberry-Spinach-Ginger Smoothie

Recipe Introduction
This is a good, basic smoothie. Very healthful, Brian promises. You don't taste the spinach at all, but be careful with the ginger - it is very easy to overdo it.
List of Ingredients
Handful of spinach
1/2 t. cinnamon
1 t. grated ginger root
1/2 c. blueberries
Water, as needed
2 scoops whey protein
Recipe
Into a blender place the first 4 ingredients. Add about 1/2 cup of water. Blend until completely liquefied, adding water to get the consistency desired. Add the whey and blend again, adding more water, if needed.
Makes one serving.
