    Just a simple cake mix fix-up. I used my new Nordic Ware Jubilee Bundt pan that I got for Christmas 2015. Since it is very detailed, I was really afraid that it would stick. So I sprayed it with cooking spray and dusted it heavily with cocoa and it came right out.

    List of Ingredients




    1 package Devil's Food Cake Mix
    1 (3.4 oz.) package chocolate instant pudding and pie filling
    4 large eggs
    1 1/4 cups water
    1/2 cup vegetable oil
    Chocolate Glaze (recipe in “Sweet Sauces and Frostings” section)

    Recipe



    Heat oven to 350F. Spray 10-inch Bundt pan (or tube pan) with cooking spray and dust heavily with cocoa.

    In the bowl of an electric mixer, combine all of the ingredients except for the glaze. Beat at medium speed for 2 minutes and pour into the pan.

    Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until it passes the toothpick test.

    Cool on wire rack for 25 minutes. Turn out of pan and cool completely on the rack. When totally cooled, drizzle with glaze.

    Serves 12.
