Just a basic, creamy chocolatey pie and dead easy to make. Buy either two of the 8-oz. containers of Cool Whip or one of the 16-oz. You’ll need extra for topping the pie/slices.
1 3/4 c cold milk
2 pkg (4-serve) jell-o chocolate instant pudding
3 1/2 c thawed cool whip, see note above

Recipe
Put the milk and pudding mix in a large bowl. Whisk for 3 minutes – it will thicken up. Fold in the Cool Whip thoroughly, but gently. Spread in pie crust and refrigerate at least 4 hours.
When ready to serve, spread with additional Cool Whip and shave the chocolate bar over.
