    This is a method for domed (rather than flat topped) cupcakes. It worked fairly well, but I'd love to be able to get a really high dome. For now, this is the best method that I've come up with.
    Fill cups 2/3 full. Heat oven to 400 degrees then lower the temperature to 350 degrees when you put the cupcakes in and bake for the amount of time the recipe calls for. Don’t open the oven until they are done.
