For Domed Cupcakes

Recipe Introduction
This is a method for domed (rather than flat topped) cupcakes. It worked fairly well, but I'd love to be able to get a really high dome. For now, this is the best method that I've come up with.
Fill cups 2/3 full. Heat oven to 400 degrees then lower the temperature to 350 degrees when you put the cupcakes in and bake for the amount of time the recipe calls for. Don�t open the oven until they are done.
