Jessica made this pie in September of 2022. It’s just a great tasting pie with the perfect creamy cheesecake texture.
List of Ingredients
Store bought graham cracker crust
2 blocks cream cheese, room temperature
1 t. vanilla
Juice and zest of 1 lemon
14 oz. can sweetened condensed milk
Pineapple rings, quartered - to garnish
Recipe
Whip cream cheese until smooth and add the rest of the ingredients. Pour into pie shell and refrigerate for at least 2 hours – until set (overnight is best).
Garnish slices with pineapple, if desired.
Serves 6-8.
