    Recipe Introduction


    The perfect lemon pie. Creamy and good. Tart and sweet! Yum.


    List of Ingredients


    • CRUST:
    • 1 1/2 c. vanilla wafer crumbs (about 40 wafers)
    • 1/4 c. butter - melted
    • PIE:
    • 8 oz. package cream cheese, softened
    • 14 oz. can sweetened condensed milk
    • 6 oz. can frozen lemonade concentrate - thawed
    • 8 oz. container frozen whipped topping


    Instructions


    1. CRUST: combine crumbs and butter; press firmly on bottom and up sides of a 9" pie plate. Chill.
    2. PIE: Beat cream cheese until fluffy in a large mixing bowl; gradually beat in sweetened condensed milk and lemonade concentrate. Fold in HALF of the container of whipped topping. Pour into pie shell. Chill at least 4 hours. Garnish with additional whipped topping.
