Lemon Ice Box Pie

Recipe Introduction
The perfect lemon pie. Creamy and good. Tart and sweet! Yum.
List of Ingredients
- CRUST:
- 1 1/2 c. vanilla wafer crumbs (about 40 wafers)
- 1/4 c. butter - melted
- PIE:
- 8 oz. package cream cheese, softened
- 14 oz. can sweetened condensed milk
- 6 oz. can frozen lemonade concentrate - thawed
- 8 oz. container frozen whipped topping
Instructions
- CRUST: combine crumbs and butter; press firmly on bottom and up sides of a 9" pie plate. Chill.
- PIE: Beat cream cheese until fluffy in a large mixing bowl; gradually beat in sweetened condensed milk and lemonade concentrate. Fold in HALF of the container of whipped topping. Pour into pie shell. Chill at least 4 hours. Garnish with additional whipped topping.
