I love ice cream pies. You can put any kind of ice cream together with all of your leftover bits and pieces of cookie, chips, toppings and come together with the ice cream and you can’t go wrong! Sandy said that you could also use the chocolate crumb pie shells or any other you like. I used the chocolate pie shells and chocolate ice cream. I drizzled some chocolate sauce on top and sprinkled with peanuts.
List of Ingredients
2 (9”) graham cracker pie shells
½ of a half-gallon vanilla ice cream, softened
1 heaping cup creamy peanut butter
Recipe
Blend the peanut butter and softened ice cream well; spoon into two pie shells. Cover with the plastic lid that comes with pie shells and freeze.
Remove a few minutes from freezer before serving.
Makes 2 pies.
