1 baked pie shell
Strawberries
1 c. sugar
4 T. cornstarch
7 oz. 7-Up
Red food coloring
Whipped cream, sweetened


Recipe



Put berries in the shell – pile them up!

Mix the cornstarch in the 7-Up to dissolve. In a saucepan heat the sugar, 7-Up mixture and red food coloring to boiling. Reduce heat and cook until thickened. Pour over the strawberries and chill. Serve with whipped cream.
