    This sounds like my kind of fudge – creamy, easy, smooth and what is better than chocolate and peanut butter. I haven’t made this yet, but I wanted to have it here since it’s a family recipe.

    List of Ingredients




    1 1/4 c. sugar
    1/4 c. peanut butter
    1/2 c. evaporated milk
    1 c. marshmallow cream
    1/2 t. salt
    1 c. (6 oz.) semisweet chocolate

    Recipe



    Spray an 8x8-inch pan with cooking spray and line with parchment paper.

    Combine sugar, peanut butter, milk, marshmallow cream and salt in a saucepan. Stir over low heat until blended. Bring to a boil and cook to soft ball stage (235 degrees), stirring constantly. Remove from heat and add chocolate. Stir to melt and pour into prepared pan. Refrigerate until firm and cut into 1-inch pieces.
