These are adorable and incredibly easy. I am going to garnish a pumpkin cheesecake with them, but you could just serve them as is on a platter.


List of Ingredients




Purchased Vanilla Meringues (the kind with ridges)
Orange decorating sugar
Light corn syrup
Green Fruit Roll Ups


Recipe



Using a ice pick, bore a tiny hole in the top of each meringue (this is to stick the 'stem' into).

Use a small art brush to 'paint' the syrup on to each of the little indentations between the ridges. Sprinkle with the orange sugar.

Cut the Fruit Rolls ups into free form leaves and roll a little bit to form the stem and stick into the hole you made. Use the syrup to 'glue' these on.
