Anna’s Chicken Casserole

Recipe Introduction
This is so simple, but so good. It is one of Jessica’s favorite casseroles. It is good on rice, but since Jessica & I can’t do rice anymore, we have it on orzo or noodles.
List of Ingredients
8 half breasts of chicken, cooked and cubed
1 can diced water chestnuts
2 c. diced celery
2 T. minced onion
2 c. mayonnaise
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 stick of butter, melted
3/4 of a 6 oz. can herb breadcrumbs
Recipe
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Combine first 6 ingredients. Put in a 9x13 inch baking dish. Mix butter and breadcrumbs and sprinkle on top of chicken mixture.
Bake uncovered for 30 minutes.
Serves 8.
