Great weeknight/leftover meal.
List of Ingredients
- 2 c. cooked beef, cubed
- 1 (1lb. ) can whole kernel corn, drained
- 1 (10 1/2 oz) can tomato soup
- 1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 T. instant minced onion
- 1 t. chili powder, or more, to taste
- 1 can refrigerator biscuits
- 2 T. melted butter
- 1/4 c. yellow cornmeal
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Mix all ingredients except biscuits, butter and cornmeal. Place in shallow 2 ½ qt. Casserole. Bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes.
- Dip biscuits in butter, then into cornmeal. Arrange on casserole. Bake for 20 –25 minutes longer or until biscuits are golden brown.

Serves 4-6.
