    Momma's Spinach Stuffed Shells

    Really yummy. Easy to make. Can be done in advance. It's got it all!


    List of Ingredients


    • 1 - 12 oz. pkg jumbo pasta shells - prepared
    • 2 - 10 oz. pkg frozen creamed spinach - prepared
    • 2 c. ricotta cheese
    • 8 oz. mozzarella cheese, shredded - if you buy this fresh, you will be thrilled with the result
    • Marinara sauce for shells (see my sauce recipes)


    Instructions


    1. Cool the spinach slightly. Add the cheeses and salt and pepper to taste. Fill shells with this mixture.
    2. Spoon a small amount of sauce into a 14x10 pan. Put shells in pan. Pour more sauce over top of shells. You may have to use less than the rest of the sauce. Just pass the remaining sauce with the shells at the table.
    3. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.


    Final Comments


    Pass some freshly grated Parmesan cheese with this.

    Serves 8
