    Easy way to get tender and moist chops


    List of Ingredients


    • 6 pork chops
    • 2 can Cream of Mushroom soup
    • 1 c. sour cream
    • 1/2 c. water
    • 4 T. chopped parsley
    • 8 c. thinly sliced potatoes
    • salt and pepper


    Instructions


    1. Brown chops.
    2. Blend soup, sour cream, water and parsley.
    3. Arrange sliced potatoes, sprinkled with salt and pepper, in 2 qt. casserole dish. Alternate layer of potatoes and sauce. Top with chops.
    4. Cover and bake in a 375 degree oven for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
