Recipe Introduction
Judy served this last night at her Christmas celebration and it was delicious. She laughed when we asked for the recipe and said it was just something her aunts had always made. It is really easy and so very good. An unexpected combination, but really tasty – even the non congealed salad eaters loved it!
List of Ingredients
1 large package raspberry jello
1 large can blueberry pie filling
1 large can crushed pineapple, NOT drained
8 oz. cream cheese
8 oz. sour cream
½ c. sugar

Recipe
Mix 2 c. boiled water in jello. Stir well. Mix in blueberry pie filling and pineapple. Pour into a serving dish about the size of a deep dish pie pan. Refrigerate to set.
Mix cream cheese, sour cream and sugar. Spread on the congealed salad and sprinkle with coconut.
