    These are the easiest cookies you’ll ever make! A bowl, a few spoons and a cooky sheet is all you need to make and bake these. For when you want a homemade cooky FAST!

    List of Ingredients




    3/4 cup sugar
    2/3 cup vegetable oil
    2 teaspoons baking powder
    2 teaspoons vanilla
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    2 eggs
    2 cups AP flour
    Decorating sugar, if desired

    Recipe



    Heat the oven to 400F. In a large bowl combine the sugar, oil, baking powder, vanilla, salt and eggs. Stir until completely combined. Mix in the flour.

    Using a one-tablespoon scooper drop the dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, about 2-inches apart. Spray a flat-bottomed glass with cooking spray and press the cookies lightly to flatten. Sprinkle with decorating sugar, if you like.

    Bake for 8-10 minutes – until lightly browned. Cool on cooky sheet on wire rack until firm and then remove from sheet. Cool completely on rack.

    Makes 30-50 cookies, depending on size of scoop.
