These easy, elegant looking cookies are among my favorite Christmas cookies. Tender, crisp and delicious!


List of Ingredients




1 recipe sugar cooky dough
raspberry jam
10X sugar

Recipe



Roll out cooky dough and cut into star shapes. Bake as directions indicate. Cool.

When cookies are cool, top 1/2 of the cookies with a dab of jam right in the center. Put another cooky on top of the ones with the jam and turn slightly so that the points are all showing (you will have a 10 pointed star). Dust with 10X and let 'set up'.
