Chicken Fried Pork Chops

This is an amazingly easy dish. Very good, too.
List of Ingredients
- 1/2 c. flour
- 2 t. salt
- 1 1/2 t. ground mustard
- 1/2 t. garlic powder
- 6 pork loin chops (3/4" thick), trimmed
- 2 T. oil
- 1 can condensed Cream of Chicken soup, undiluted
- 1/3 c. water
Instructions
- In a shallow bowl, combine flour, salt, mustard and garlic powder. Dredge the pork chops in this mixture. In a skillet, brown the chops on both sides in oil. Place in crock pot. Combine soup and water; pour over chops. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or until meat is tender.
Final Comments
Serves 6.
Make sure to serve potatoes or rice – this produces a lot of gravy to “mop up”.
