    Chicken Fried Pork Chops

    Recipe Introduction


    This is an amazingly easy dish. Very good, too.


    List of Ingredients


    • 1/2 c. flour
    • 2 t. salt
    • 1 1/2 t. ground mustard
    • 1/2 t. garlic powder
    • 6 pork loin chops (3/4" thick), trimmed
    • 2 T. oil
    • 1 can condensed Cream of Chicken soup, undiluted
    • 1/3 c. water


    Instructions


    1. In a shallow bowl, combine flour, salt, mustard and garlic powder. Dredge the pork chops in this mixture. In a skillet, brown the chops on both sides in oil. Place in crock pot. Combine soup and water; pour over chops. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or until meat is tender.


    Final Comments


    Serves 6.
    Make sure to serve potatoes or rice – this produces a lot of gravy to “mop up”.
