2 cans Grands! Cinnamon Rolls 5 per can
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup unsalted butter melted
Recipe
Cut the rolls into 6 pieces and reserve the icing. Put the granulated sugar and cinnamon into a gallon size zip top bag. Add the roll pieces to the bag. Seal and shake to cover with the sugar mixture. Spray a 5-7 quart slow cooker with cooking spray and place half the cinnamon roll pieces in the cooker.
Mix the melted butter and brown sugar and pour half of this over the roll pieces in the cooker. Add the remaining roll pieces to the cooker and pour the rest of the butter/sugar mixture over this. Place the lid on the cooker and cook on high for 2 to 2 1/2 hours. When done, the edges will begin to brown and the top will still be a bit gooey looking. Turn off the cooker and let sit for 5 minutes. Warm the icing in the microwave and drizzle over the top before serving.
Remove any leftovers from the cooker while still warm and soak the insert – otherwise it will be VERY hard to clean!
