    Crockpot Shredded Beef Sandwiches

    List of Ingredients


    • 3 1/4 lb. lean boneless chuck roast
    • 1/3 c. vinegar
    • 1/2 t. salt
    • 1/4 t. ground cloves
    • 1/8 t. garlic powder
    • 1 large onion cut into chunks
    • 3 bay leaves
    • 8 sandwich buns


    Instructions


    1. Trim roast. Put roast and next 6 ingredients into crock pot and cook on low for 11 hours.

    2. Remove meat and shred. Defat sauce for dipping.

    3. Serve on buns.



    Final Comments


    Serve with a spicy chow chow or relish.
