Crockpot Shredded Beef Sandwiches

List of Ingredients
- 3 1/4 lb. lean boneless chuck roast
- 1/3 c. vinegar
- 1/2 t. salt
- 1/4 t. ground cloves
- 1/8 t. garlic powder
- 1 large onion cut into chunks
- 3 bay leaves
- 8 sandwich buns
Instructions
- Trim roast. Put roast and next 6 ingredients into crock pot and cook on low for 11 hours.
- Remove meat and shred. Defat sauce for dipping.
- Serve on buns.

Serve with a spicy chow chow or relish.
