This recipe was a really happy surprise. Usually when I do ribs, I have a long involved process that involves a making a rub, plastic wrap, slow baking, making a sauce and then grilling. This time, I wanted ribs for dinner, but had to work that day, so I went searching on the web. I came up with this recipe from bettercrocker.com. It was easy and delicious. I put it together in 15 minutes in the morning before I left for work and dinner was ready within 30 minutes of getting home! Just use your favorite bottled sauce. Work night ribs!!!
