    The CSO method for baked potatoes is excellent – a fluffy interior and a crisp skin. Perfect.

    List of Ingredients




    Baking potatoes
    Vegetable oil
    Kosher salt

    Recipe



    Pierce the potatoes with a fork so they don’t explode when cooking. Rub all over with oil and sprinkle with the salt. Place in the oven in the middle and cook on BAKE/STEAM at 400F for about 45 minutes. The potato should have some “give” when you squeeze it. Change to 425F on BAKE for an additional 15 minutes or more, until the skin is dark and crisp.
