    Recipe Introduction

    This is the easiest way I've found to cook eggs. The timing is just right for our taste - others may need slightly more or less time. I use the rack that I got to use in the Instant Pot (I prefer this method) for eggs. The rack holds 7 eggs.

    List of Ingredients

    Large eggs


    Place eggs on either the rack that comes with the CSO or a special rack to hold eggs. (Make sure there is a solid pan under the rack. I haven't ever had the eggs explode while cooking, but better safe than...)

    Cook on "Steam" at 210F for 24 minutes. Remove from oven and allow to cool naturally (do not put into iced water). Refrigerate.
