    Perfectly moist lobster meat. I am usually unable to pop it out of the shell and curl it so that it is sitting on top of the shell like restaurants do. So, I just extracted them as carefully as possible and set the tails flat on a piece of non-stick foil.

    List of Ingredients




    Lobster tails
    Melted butter
    Kosher Salt
    Freshly ground black pepper

    Recipe



    Place the tails (or just the meat - see note above) on the baking sheet. Brush the meat with butter and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Set the CSO to 350F on the Broil/Steam setting for 10 minutes. Put the baking sheet in the CSO.

    They are done when they reach 135F-140F. You should check at 8 minutes.
