Cut a small "X" in the bottom of each peach. Line the baking tray with foil and place the peaches on it (I tend to put no more than 5 at a time on there). Super Steam at 300F for five minutes. Remove from oven and allow to cool slightly. When cool enough to handle use a small knife to pull the peel off.
