Recipe Introduction


This is one of those gooey, creamy, just plain good desserts. I have also done it with peaches. This makes a VERY large dessert. This is a pot luck, party dish! I make it in one of those large disposable aluminum roasting pans! You can make this the night before and it will actually keep for a few days.


List of Ingredients




16 oz. Cool Whip
16 oz. sour cream
1 small can evaporated milk (5 oz.)
1 c. confectioner's sugar
3 - 13.5 oz.. containers strawberry glaze (produce section)
2 lb. + a smaller container strawberries - sliced
large angelfood cake + another half (or a bar one)


Recipe



Mix first four ingredients. Break up cake into bite-sized pieces and add to mixture. Put in large oblong dish.

Mix strawberries and glaze. Spread on top of cream mixture. Refrigerate until time to serve.

Serves at least 16
