Sugar Free Dreamsicle Salad

One of those dessert salads, but actually pretty good for SF! It’s nice to be able to indulge in sweets when you aren’t really supposed to. You can also use other Jello flavors and fruits (frozen strawberries or peaches might be good).
List of Ingredients
1 sm. (4 serv. size) pkg. sugar free orange Jello
1 sm. (4 serv. size) pkg. sugar free instant vanilla pudding
1 - 10 ozs. can mandarin oranges, drained
1 - 8 ozs. tub sugar free frozen whipped topping, thawed
Recipe
Dissolve the Jello in 1 cup of boiling water. When dissolved, add 1/2 cup of cold water. Place in the refrigerator of 20 minutes.
Whisk the dry vanilla pudding mix into the chilled Jello until smooth. Fold in the oranges and whipped topping by hand. Refrigerate at least an hour.
Serves 8.
