    CAESAR DIP

    Recipe Introduction

    Delicious dip! Someone on the epicurious.com website suggested adding a little Worcestershire sauce – that was a nice addition! This would, of course, make a great salad dressing, too. Make sure to make this at least 2 hours ahead of time - it needs to be refrigerated for a bit for the flavors to develop.

    List of Ingredients

    1 cup mayonnaise
    1/2 cup sour cream
    1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
    1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
    1 garlic clove, pressed
    1 anchovy fillet, mashed

    Recipe

    Mix ingredients in small bowl. Season dip with salt and pepper.

    Makes about 2 cups.
