    Cecilie made this for Jo’s Christmas celebration 2012. It was a really delicious and refreshing dip. She says that she’s done this lots of different ways including using fresh pico de gallo and cilantro.

    List of Ingredients




    2 large packages cream cheese, softened
    5 T. sour cream
    1 T. Old Bay
    1/2 bottle cocktail sauce
    1 lb. lump crabmeat
    Shredded cheddar cheese
    Shredded lettuce
    Chopped drained tomatoes
    Diced green onions
    Club crackers

    Recipe



    Mix the cream cheese, sour cream and Old Bay. Mound this mixture onto a serving platter. Spread the cocktail sauce over the ‘mountain’ and top with the crabmeat. Sprinkle with the cheese, shredded lettuce, tomatoes and diced green onions.

    Serve w/ Club crackers.
