    French Onion and Swiss Dip

    This was a nice change from the regular French Onion dip. A little more substantial. My cheese was a little tame, I think and I will try to find a sharper, stronger one next time – the soup mix is strong and needs something to stand up to it.

    List of Ingredients

    16 oz. sour cream
    1 envelope French Onion soup mix
    2 scallions, minced
    1 – 2 stalks celery, minced
    1 c. Swiss or gruyère cheese, shredded (1/4 lb.)

    Recipe

    Combine all ingredients in a small bowl. Chill for 2 hours.

    Makes 3 c.
