    I tried a little change when I made this in the summer of 2024. I added a layer of pepper jelly to the top of this before adding the cracker crumbs and bacon. It helps to soften the pepper jelly in the microwave.

    List of Ingredients




    1 - 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    4 oz. shredded swiss cheese
    2 T. sliced green onions
    8 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled
    1/2 c. crushed Ritz crackers

    Recipe



    Mix cream cheese, mayonnaise, Swiss cheese and onions. Spread in a 2 1/2 c. casserole dish or 9" pie pan. Microwave on high 4 minutes or until thoroughly heated, turning dish every 2 minutes.

    Sprinkle with combined bacon and cracker crumbs.
