    Hot Virginia Dip

    Recipe Introduction

    This is a really delicious hot, creamy, gooey dip. Great with wheat crackers. Can be made ahead.

    List of Ingredients

    1 c. chopped pecans
    2 t. butter
    16 oz. cream cheese, softened
    4 T. milk
    5 oz. minced dried beef
    1 t. garlic powder
    1 c. sour cream
    4 t. minced scallions

    Recipe

    Sauté the pecans in butter until toasted and fragrant. Set aside. Mix cream cheese, milk, dried beef, garlic, sour cream and onion. Place in a greased 1 1/2 quart baking dish, top with pecans. Chill until ready to bake. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes or until hot.
