    Judy's Crab Casserole

    List of Ingredients


    • 1 lb. of the best you can afford crabmeat - and do not make if you can't afford at least fresh backfin
    • 1 lb. cream cheese - room temperature
    • 1 1/2 t. (or more, to taste) horseradish
    • 6 T. milk
    • 4 T. grated onion
    • juice from 1 lemon wedge


    Instructions


    1. Mix cream cheese, horseradish, milk, onion and lemon juice thoroughly. Gently mix in crab. Spread in a covered casserole dish.

    2. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cook about 30 minutes.



    Final Comments


    Serve with crackers, melba toast, bagel chips, etc.
