Judy's Crab Casserole

List of Ingredients
- 1 lb. of the best you can afford crabmeat - and do not make if you can't afford at least fresh backfin
- 1 lb. cream cheese - room temperature
- 1 1/2 t. (or more, to taste) horseradish
- 6 T. milk
- 4 T. grated onion
- juice from 1 lemon wedge
Instructions
- Mix cream cheese, horseradish, milk, onion and lemon juice thoroughly. Gently mix in crab. Spread in a covered casserole dish.
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cook about 30 minutes.
Final Comments
Serve with crackers, melba toast, bagel chips, etc.
