    Easy and delicious. Make sure to drain the corn and Rotel tomatoes VERY well. I used frozen corn and mild Rotel.

    List of Ingredients




    2 - 11 oz. cans corn, drained VERY well
    1 can Rotel tomatoes and chilies, drained VERY well
    8 oz. sour cream
    1 pkg. Fiesta Ranch seasoning

    Recipe



    Mix well and serve with tortilla or corn chips.
