Yet another method of boiling eggs that promises they will be easy to peel. My first try turned out with slightly mixed results - I had no problem with the first one I did that was cooled and then peeled before chilling, but Mike had a couple stick a little bit when he tried to peel them right out of the refrigerator.

Pot with lid
Slotted spoon
Ice bathRecipe
Place enough water in the pot to cover the eggs and bring to a slow boil. Using a slotted spoon, carefully place the eggs in the water. Bring water to a full boil, cover and lower heat so that the water is back to a slow boil. Let cook for 13 minutes. Remove from heat and place eggs in the ice bath to cool
