Korean Grilled Beef

Really easy and delicious! Next time I think that I’ll save aside a bit of the sauce to brush onto the meat when it is finished cooking. I served this with jasmine rice.
List of Ingredients
2 pounds sirloin -- rib, or flank steak
3 green onions -- finely chopped
4 garlic cloves -- crushed
5 tablespoon soy sauce
2 tablespoon sesame oil
1 tablespoon sesame seeds
1/4 cup sugar
2 tablespoon sherry or mirin
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
Recipe
Slice the meat against the grain into thin strips. Score each piece lightly across the flat side. Mix the rest of the ingredients and pour over meat. Refrigerate for several hours or overnight.
Grill or broil meat on both just until it takes on color.
Serves 6.
