Bacon Wrapped Scallops

List of Ingredients
- 1 c. flour
- 1 t. salt
- 1 T. paprika
- 1 t. pepper
- 1 t. garlic powder
- 20 large scallops
- 1 egg, beaten with one cup milk
- 1 c. bread crumbs
- 10 bacon strips - cut into 2 pieces and lightly cooked
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Spray 10" pie pan w/ Pam.
- Combine flour, salt, paprika, pepper and garlic powder. Roll scallops in this mixture, then into egg mix, then into bread crumbs. Wrap each scallop with bacon and secure w/ a toothpick. Put in prepared dish and bake 20-25 minutes.
Final Comments
Serve with cocktail sauce or make a sauce by deglazing the pan with white wine and swirl in butter.
