Beer Batter for Fish

Recipe Introduction
The best batter I�ve ever tried. Cut the fish into the size fillets you want and dust them thoroughly with flour before dipping in the batter. Then straight into 350F-375F oil.
List of Ingredients
1 c. flour
1 c. cornstarch
1 1/2 t. salt
1 t. baking powder
12 oz. beer
Recipe
Mix well and let rest in the refrigerator for 20 minutes before using it.
This makes batter enough for about 1 1/2 lb. fish.
