Beer Batter for Fish

Recipe Introduction
The best batter I’ve ever tried. Cut the fish into the size fillets you want and dust them thoroughly with flour before dipping in the batter. Then straight into 350F-375F oil.
List of Ingredients
1 c. flour
1 c. cornstarch
1 1/2 t. salt
1 t. baking powder
12 oz. beer
Recipe
Mix well and let rest in the refrigerator for 20 minutes before using it.
This makes batter enough for about 1 1/2 lb. fish.
