Recipe Introduction
Simple and utterly delicious. This is one of the best shrimp dishes ever and so amazingly easy. You MUST serve this with tons of good, crusty bread to sop up all the divine garlic butter! Dianne says, “Don’t let the other guy hog the juice.” Believe me, you won’t!
List of Ingredients
2-3 T. chopped garlic
3 T. olive oil
3 T. butter
1 lb. shrimp, peeled
1 T. medium sherry
3 T. lemon juice
Chili flakes, to taste
Pinch of smoked paprika
Handful of chopped parsley
Recipe
Sauté the chopped garlic in the olive oil and butter until the garlic is pale gold.
Add the shrimp and sauté until pink and just cooked. Add the sherry lemon juice, chili flakes and a good big pinch of smoked paprika. Bring to the sizzle, add a handful of chopped parsley and serve immediately, in the middle of the table, with crusty bread for sopping.
