    Doddie’s Ham & Crab Salad

    Recipe Introduction

    A really good, simple salad. I love it on a croissant. For Mother's Day 2009, I made this with real crabmeat and it was delicious - Mike especially liked it.

    List of Ingredients

    1/2 lb. fake crab, cut into 1 – 2” pieces
    1/2 lb. ham, sliced thick and cut into 1 – 2” pieces
    Finely chopped celery, to taste
    Finely minced onion, to taste
    Salt & pepper, to taste
    2 T. mayonnaise
    2 T. mustard
    1 T. pickle juice (Doddie likes pepperocini pepper juice)

    Recipe

    Toss the ‘crab’, ham, celery and onion. Mix the rest of the ingredients and toss with the crab and ham. Chill.
