Recipe Introduction
She�s been craving this for awhile now and finally found some recipes and made it the other night. It was delicious. So much better than any buffet offering.
Jessica says: �Inspired by Chinese American buffet, I used two different recipes and married them together. Thanks to Mom for suggesting the fish sauce! It�s definitely not health food. Very rich, a little sweet, and very tasty.�
List of Ingredients
32 oz imitation crab meat, trimmed into bite size pieces if you�re using sticks (If you�re using frozen, thawed, be sure to pat dry.)
3/4 C sour cream
3 T Duke�s mayo
8 oz cream cheese, softened
2 T granulated sugar
1 1/2 t garlic salt
1 1/2 t Worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 t lemon juice
2 T whole milk
1 t white pepper
5 green onions, greens and whites (trimmed), sliced thinly
1 1/2 C mixed shredded cheese, 1C to mix in, 1/2C to top
1 1/2 t fish sauce
Recipe
Heat oven to 325F. Spray a 9x13-inch casserole dish with cooking spray.
Combine all ingredients, setting aside 1/2 C of cheese for topping. Mix thoroughly. Pour into casserole dish and bake for 45 minutes. Let rest for 3 minutes before serving.
Serves 8-10.
