    One-Ingredient Grape Ice Pops

    Source of Recipe

    Katie Lee on Food Network

    Recipe Introduction

I feel stupid for posting a one ingredient recipe, but I don't want to chance forgetting about this. You don't strain out the skins after blending. I thought it would be better without them, Mike liked them.

    List of Ingredients

    3 3/4 - 4 C. seedless red grapes

    Recipe

Puree the grapes in a high-powered blender (like a Vitamix) until smooth. Pour the puree into ice-pop molds and freeze until solid - about 6 hours.

Number of servings will depend on the size of your ice-pop molds.
