    Hard Cooked Eggs

    Source of Recipe

    Taste of Home website

    Recipe Introduction

Simple and seemingly easy to peel. I skip the ice bath that most directions suggest. I feel that it tightens up the shells and makes them hard to peel. These were easy to peel even when cold - which, admittedly may have more to do with the eggs than the method of cooking.
