Recipe Introduction
Simple and seemingly easy to peel. I skip the ice bath that most directions suggest. I feel that it tightens up the shells and makes them hard to peel. These were easy to peel even when cold - which, admittedly may have more to do with the eggs than the method of cooking.

However many eggs will fit in your egg rack
1 cup of water
Recipe
Pour the water in the bottom of the IP pot. Place the eggs in the rack and put the rack in the IP. Pressure cook on LOW for 5 minutes. Allow to naturally release for 5 minutes. Release the steam and remove the eggs from the IP. Refrigerate.
