Lamb Chops w/ Orange Glaze

Simple and good. Lamb is the perfect for the grill! Do not overcook!
List of Ingredients
6 lamb shoulder chops, about ½” thick
1 (10 oz.) jar red currant jelly
1 t. grated orange zest
¼ c. orange juice
1 T. prepared mustard (I use Dijon)
1 t. salt
¼ t. pepper
Recipe
Trim excess fat from chops. Heat remaining ingredients to boiling in 1 qt. saucepan; reduce heat. Simmer uncovered 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
Cover and grill lamb chops 5 – 6” from medium coals 12 – 18 minutes for medium, turning and brushing 2 or 3 times with sauce, until desired doneness. Heat remaining sauce to boiling. Serve with chops.
Serves 6.
