Peanut Marinade for Satay

Recipe Introduction


This is a really yummy marinade. I can't remember the last time I saw satay anywhere except a Thai place, but it needs to make a comeback. It's really good! And easy! And most importantly - MAKE AHEAD!!!





List of Ingredients



• 1/2 c. peanut butter
  
• 1/2 c. peanut oil
  
• 1/4 c. white wine vinegar
  
• 1/4 c. soy sauce
  
• 1/4 c. lemon juice
  
• 4 cloves garlic - chopped
  
• 8 cilantro sprigs
  
• 1 t. red pepper flakes
  
• 2 t. chopped gingerroot
  






Instructions



1. Put everything in a processor and process until smooth.
   






Final Comments


Yummy on chicken, beef, veggies. Then grill!!!

Makes 2 c.
