    Three Citrus Marinade for Poultry

    List of Ingredients


    • 1/2 c. lime juice
    • 1/2 c. lemon juice
    • 1/2 c. orange juice
    • 1/2 c. olive oil
    • 4 cloves garlic - minced
    • 2 t. pepper
    • 3 crushed bay leaves
    • 3 T. fresh cilantro - chopped


    Instructions


    1. Mix all ingredients and let stand at room temperature for one half an hour. Pour over poultry and let marinate 2-3 hours.


    Final Comments
