#Peanut Butter Cookies with Hershey Kisses –

Unfortunately, I have yet to find the Peanut butter cooky recipe of my dreams – rich peanut butter flavor with a chewy heft to the cooky. I try a new recipe every year and top them with Hershey kisses!

Refrigerated sugar cooky dough for the regular sugary ones
Assorted decorative sugars
For the sugar-free version I use Grace’s Sugar Cooky recipe.

2 c. shelled raw peanuts

Light corn syrup

#Cinnamon Pecans

1/2 c. sugar
2 T. cinnamon
1/2 t. salt
1 egg white
3 c. pecan halves (about 1/2 lb.)

#Kenny's Fudge

4 oz. Baker's unsweetened chocolate
1 T. butter
1 c. evaporated milk
2 c. sugar
1 t. vanilla
