Diane G’s Pasta Salad

Recipe Introduction
She made this for Easter and we loved it. I don’t care for the look of tri-color pasta, so I’ll use regular. I probably will go with plain Monterey Jack cheese, too, since I’m such a sissy. No exact measurements – just what looks good and tastes right.
List of Ingredients
Tri color rotini, cooked
Garbanzo beans, drained and rinsed
Black beans, drained and rinsed
Feta (lots), crumbled
Pepper Jack cheese, cubed
Marinated artichoke hearts, coarsely chopped
Black olives, sliced
Green peppers, diced
Italian dressing (Diane likes the Tuscan style)
Recipe
Mix all ingredients to taste and refrigerate before serving.
